At Soulme, every order is handled with care.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within Florida only. Orders cannot be shipped to other states at this time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $7.

Age Verification and Delivery
Soulme is for adults 21 and older. We verify your age before your order ships, and every order ships via UPS with adult signature required. Someone 21 or older must sign for the package at delivery.

Shipping Timeline
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment and age verification are complete. Most arrive within 1 to 3 business days after shipment.

Packaging and Discretion
Every Soulme order arrives in discreet white packaging featuring the Soulme logo.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of shipment, or arrives damaged, email hello@soulme.co with your order number and we will make it right.

Holiday Periods
During peak seasons, fulfillment may take an extra 1 to 2 business days.
