These Terms of Service govern your use of soulme.co and your purchase of products from Soul Me LLC ("Soulme," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website or purchase our products. By using the site, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We verify age before orders ship, and every order requires an adult signature at delivery.

Where We Sell
We currently sell and ship only to addresses in Florida. We may refuse or cancel any order to an address where we do not ship or where our products are not permitted.

Our Products
Soul Me products contain hemp-derived cannabinoids. The cannabinoid content of each product is identified on its label and batch-specific certificate of analysis. Certificates of analysis are available at soulme.co/coa.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Responsible Use
By purchasing, you agree that:

• Products are for personal use by adults 21 and older only, and are not for resale.
• You will keep products out of reach of children and pets.
• You will not use our products if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
• You will not combine our products with alcohol.
• You will not drive or operate machinery after use.
• You will consult a healthcare professional before use if you take any medication or have a medical condition.
• You understand that THC has psychoactive properties, that effects may last longer than expected, and that use may lead to a positive drug test.

Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We may limit quantities, and we may cancel an order if we cannot verify age or eligibility, suspect fraud, or find a pricing or listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and Refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy.
